Challenges & Solutions
Coordination was key.
With only one site entrance, scheduling for large deliveries needed to be precise as to not disturb site access and work.
This project had many scheduling challenges due to the number of unforeseen conditions, integrity of existing roof subfloor, 2nd floor subfloor, water intrusions at existing windows, owner issued bulletins and changes.
With the many changes and bulletins throughout the project, coordination with all trades has been key, especially HVAC duct shaft locations and sizes. Coordination with the HVAC contractor eliminated conflicts of new rough-in to accommodate the changing plans.
